TC «Change in to Change out» 1/03-8/03/2018, Georgia. Feedback

The second part of the project «Keep changing in to change out», training course “Change in to Change out” was implemented in Kobuleti, Georgia near the Black Sea from 1st of March to 8th of March, 2018. Ukrainian team took part in this Erasmus+ project for youth also with amazing people from 9 other countries: Armenia, Belgium, Estonia, Georgia, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Portugal and Romania.
Different types of indoor and outdoor activities were included in program, such as various kinds of dancing, theory of personal development and, of course, games. Games, in which participants had to keep the rules, but also to break the stereotypes. Also, the team of organizers prepared morning exercises, an excursion to Batumi as well as a workshop of famous Georgian dances with a real ensemble of the Ajarian region.
Almost every day there were countries’ presentations made by participants of this project. All the activities of this training course were dispersed throughout the day, so there was some personal time for the participants.
The project was a great opportunity to find your own path, to change your own views, and allow you to challenge and resolve the fears and barriers preventing your self-development. Erasmus shows us how to reject traditional prejudices and stereotypes for better understanding of other people. It gave us instruments for self-development and inspiration for further actions. Thanks for this project and comfortable work atmosphere to non-profit non-governmental organization JOETZ vzw, based in Belgium, International Center for Peace and Integration (ICPI) from Georgia and our sending non-governmental organization “Unit” from Ukraine.
