Spring Retreat Eco-resort "Izky", Transcarpathian region 22.03-28.03.25 This spring, we returned to the Carpathians for the third time with an updated program and new activities. The retreat became a space for recharging, connection, and deep conversations. We explored ourselves in psychological workshops, admired the mountains, and relaxed in hot tubs. For the first time, we added spoken English practice — through games and easy immersion, which made the program even more engaging. Quests, parties, night movies, challenges, yoga, meditation, and creativity — every day was packed with an amazing vibe. Winter Retreat Eco-resort "Izky", Transcarpathian region 27.12.24-04.01.25 In winter, we returned to the Carpathians as a community that already shares memories. We went tubing, took the ski lift, hiked along mountain trails, and celebrated New Year’s Eve together — around a big table, with contests, music, and the feeling of “I belong here.” There was a mix of energy and calm — in psychological sessions, we shared what mattered, spoke about ourselves, support, pain, and what inspires us. Autumn Retreat Eco-resort "Izky", Transcarpathian region 28.10-03.11.24 In the fall of 2024, we held our first retreat in the Carpathians for teenagers . These were days of new acquaintances, deep self-discovery, sincere emotions, adventure and a lot of joy. In the heart of the mountains, in the comfort of the eco-resort “Izki”, we created a safe space where each participant could be themselves, find new friends and recharge. We talked about trust, about finding oneself, sang by the fire, danced to our favorite music, carved pumpkins for Halloween and climbed the peaks. This retreat was the start of a great tradition. Empowering youth for a better future Our public organization develops the potential of young people through Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects. We believe in the power of international experience, volunteering and intercultural exchanges. Our public organization develops the potential of young people through Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects. We believe in the power of international experience, volunteering and intercultural exchanges. Go to presentation Empowering youth for a better future We hold online and offline meetings where our young people can learn about the details of programs from the European Union - Erasmus+ and ESC. Lviv Reflection meeting "My fears in Erasmus+" On October 19, the iHUB space hosted a reflection meeting titled “My Fears in Erasmus+,” dedicated to overcoming internal barriers for young people to participate in international mobility programs. Participants gained a clear understanding of the Erasmus+ participation algorithm — from finding a project and submitting an application to participation and final reporting. Special attention was paid to psychological aspects: together with a psychologist, young people worked on identifying their own fears, prejudices, and imposter syndrome, and also mastered practical tools for overcoming them. The event became a safe space for reflection, exchange of experiences, and networking, and most importantly, it helped participants increase their self-confidence and willingness to apply for international opportunities. Kyiv Training brain game "Preparation and participation in Erasmus+ projects" On May 3, a brain game training was held at the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House in Kyiv, dedicated to the non-obvious aspects of preparation and participation in Erasmus+ youth projects. The participants deepened their understanding of the “inner kitchen” of Erasmus+, analyzed real cases from the experience of participants and organizers, and also worked out algorithms for actions in non-standard situations — from logistics to interaction in a multicultural environment. The interactive format contributed to practical learning, teamwork, and increased readiness of young people to participate in international projects. Lviv Molodviz The event brought together hundreds of young people and public organizations to discuss the most important challenges of our time. Our stand at the Alley of NGOs became a place for new acquaintances, inspiring conversations, and the exchange of ideas about youth development🌟 Molodvizh became a space for inspiration and action for us, where we had the opportunity to talk about opportunities for young people. Lviv Erasmus+ and ESC Summit We organized an event dedicated to analyzing the details and features of the Erasmus+ and ESC programs. The meeting consisted of two parts and blocks: an educational part from our speakers and real-life experience from participants of past projects. At our meetings, participants find answers to exciting questions about these programs. There was a lot of networking, useful information and acquaintances. Kyiv Intensive Training: From Application to Participation Training on writing motivations for Erasmus+ 🌍 helped to understand the requirements of coordinators, analyze and improve applications. Participants learned insider life hacks, reviewed successful examples and exchanged experiences in a motivating atmosphere. The knowledge gained will increase the chances of selection for international programs. In addition to traditional informal methods, the training incorporated outdoor learning through hikes, group challenges, and nature-based activities. The main goals were to: - Share experiences and solutions for well-being, - Reflect on and develop values in youth work, - Learn to design informal educational activities with outdoor elements. After the training in Georgia, participants will apply these skills in their home countries to turn discussed values into real actions for a positive future. The main focus of the training was their involvement in youth work and volunteering, with a special emphasis on the safety and protection of minors. Participants shared their experiences of working or volunteering with these groups, learned about best practices from experienced organizations in this field, and took part in group discussions and activities, such as using theatrical methods in their work. Based on one of the training courses conducted, an introductory guide and toolbox for non-formal education were created for those working with teenage and young adult refugees, asylum seekers, and displaced persons. This guide was developed by 48 participants during the "Cooperation for Improved Refugee Integration, Vol. 2" training course, in 2022. The proposed activities are best practices that can be easily adapted to the needs and realities of the people you work with. Denys Marakhovskyi Participant of the Erasmus+ project I took part in my third Erasmus+ youth exchange "Art of Wellbeing" from 26/04-06/05/2024 in the Netherlands. The project aimed at social inclusion of people with disabilities and attracted 50 participants from different countries, such as Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Azerbaijan, France, the Netherlands, Tunisia and Israel. My expectations regarding the study of social inclusion and personal well-being were fully met. Talking to great people like Mohamed Maher, Ali Gurbanli and others made this project unforgettable. Victoria Dyukova Participant of the Erasmus+ project My adventures have come to an end, and I am ready to share my impressions of participating in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange "Yoga for Peace" from 03.02-11.02.2024 in Bakuriani, Georgia. This project opened a new world of yoga, mental health and friendship for me. Together with participants from Ukraine, Georgia, Greece, Belgium and Armenia, we immersed ourselves in a yoga practice that turned out to be profound and meaningful. This experience expanded my knowledge of yoga and international projects, and also gave me new friends and inspiration to continue the path to harmony and peace. Artem Veselov Before entering university, I decided to gain more experience working with people and joined an ESC project at a school near Białystok, Poland. I became the first international volunteer at Szkoła Podstawowa Nr. 1 in the town of Wasilków. In Białystok, I organized trips and cultural evenings together with other volunteers. In addition to planned activities, I taught IT lessons using Minecraft and worked with students from Ukraine. We also held presentations about the cultures of our countries and the opportunities provided by ESC. The project became my life for seven months — full of adventures, new friendships, and challenges. Join us We will be glad to see everyone in our friendly team!
